We carefully select products for our online shop that ship well and are still delicious after shipping. Please use common sense to store perishable products. Freezer is best if you don’t intend to consume immediately. If there is any problem or you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at 847-520-0068 and ask for customer service or email us at email@example.com. Please have your order number handy. We do not accept returns, but we will provide online store credit in warranted situations.
We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of UPS employees. Therefore, we are not able to offer refunds for those reasons. However, if you believe that UPS has mishandled your package, please let us know and we will gladly file a claim with UPS on your behalf.
